Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within an Adolescent Team for a Local Authority based in West London.

Job Purpose

• Undertake assessments, design and implement care/protection plans, ensuring accurate record keeping. Using and advising on a range of intervention methods.
• In the provision of service users, develop needs-led packages of care in relation to the resources available. Seeking the most effective means of providing innovative care packages within budgetary constraints in conjunction with partners and external agencies.
• Maintain working knowledge of relevant government legislation, regulations and guidance.
• To keep and maintain accurate and quality case records on cases.
• To liaise with other agencies and professionals to ensure the best outcome for children.
• To write reports including court statements and Child Protection reports and give oral evidence where required.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
