Hold a case load commensurate with a significantly experienced social worker, a case load of Care Proceedings, Child Protection and complex CIN cases. Ensure effective safeguarding of vulnerable children through direct work, progression of plans and effective robust analysis.

Hybrid - however expectations to be available locally to respond to urgent safeguarding matters.
