Qualified Social Worker - Gloucestershire County Council - Gloucester/Cheltenham - 11-25s Team - £41ph!

  • We are looking for an experienced Social Worker who understands the need for permanence for young people and who will demonstrate grip and tenacity to ensure young people feel safe and secure to enable them to achieve their potential.
  • Working predominantly with 16+, the team is based in Gloucester and candidates must have minimum 3 years' experience of working with children in care/care leavers.
  • The role is full time, 5 days a week with at least 2 days a week in the office and we are asking for a 6 month minimum commitment.
  • Must be able to travel to Gloucestershire as remote working is offered but flexibility is required to meet operational need.
  • Gloucestershire County Council are committed to ensuring our agency Social Workers are supported to carry out their roles, so our expenses package for accommodation and/or mileage up to £150 is in place subject to terms & conditions
