Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking Family Support Workers and Qualified Social Workers to work within Hertfordshire Councils 0-25 Disabilities Team.

Job Specifics

• Practitioners will work a 37 hour week, Mon-Fri
• Practitioners are able to access the office during office opening hours.
• Practitioners have open access to the Apsley 1 office and other HCC offices, but may choose to work from home to complete virtual meetings via MST and complete write ups/records of meetings held/Admin tasks.
• Practitioners are expected to be in the office on Wednesdays which is our designated office day and Team Meeting day
• Practitioners will be expected to make arrangements for home visits within timescales and respond to Duty tasks from the office when rostered for Duty.
• Practitioners are expected to be able to have effective organisation and diary management skills for planning visits and meetings within the working week.
