Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within a 0-25 Disabilities Team for Hounslow Council.

Job Purpose

0-25 Disability Team looking for an experience social worker with at least two years experience working with children with disabilities. You must have the experience in the following areas:
- Child in needs
- Children Looked After
- Child Protection
- Managing complex cases/issues
- Joint working with health and social care
- Working jointly with Special Education Team
- Understand Education Health Care Plan

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
