Person Specification- The successful candidate must have a proven track record of working with SEMH and must be experienced in managing and improving such behaviour

We are looking for an experienced and qualified teacher to reach out to pupils with challenging behaviour

The successful candidate must meet the below requirements:

** Committed to providing a save learning environment

** Be able to encourage students to learn and gain skills to progress into a mainstream school

** Provide personalised education and identify individual needs

**Ensuring students follow the school ethos, to achieve high standards of personalised progression

to success

**Hold QTS
