Rate: £90-110 Per Day

We are looking for an amazing 1-1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with challenging behaviour within a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU). The child has the ability to perform well in school but has continuous challenges with concentration and interacting with his peers.

PRU Teaching Assistant | Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with students with behavioural challenges, preferably in an educational or special education setting.
• Knowledge of behaviour management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and de-escalation methods.

PRU Teaching Assistant | Requirements:

• Experience of working directly with young people in an education or training environment, supporting the learning of students.
• Some basic knowledge of SEND and learning barriers.
• Bachelor's degree (Education Studies, Psychology or Sports Degrees are welcome)
