Remedy Recruitment Group Project Manager to work for Southampton Council.

Job Purpose

Working alongside the PM for finance / operations and localities looking at the ASC processes, administration, policy and delivery across ASC commissioned services underpinned and aligned with the local requirements for the role will ensure the Directorate has made the changes required to meet the requirements set out in the Care Reform, with consideration of the Council's strategic objectives.

You will take responsibility for leading, managing and delivering the project, working closely with the Directorates Heads of Service, Service Managers, Principal Occupational Therapist, Principal Social Worker.

The post holder will have robust knowledge of national policy and transformational change in Local Authority to understand key relationships, partners, and stakeholders. The post holder will have considerable experience and proven track record in successfully leading transformation projects across a large and complex operational setting. You will have substantial experience of confidently reporting and presenting to Senior Leaders / and communicating and engaging across the workforce and its partners.
