Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager/Building Surveyor to work within Haringey Council.

Job Purpose

• Responsible for commissioning and delivering capital projects across the Councils operational and commercial buildings
• To carry out investigations and surveys as required to inform project scope and develop works specifications and tender documentation
• To provide construction design and delivery expertise to ensure projects are commissioned in a way that meets client expectations and delivers value for money
• To commission works and oversee and monitor their deliver to time, cost and quality
• To ensure an effective and rapid response to urgent reactive works as may be required, ensuring health and safety risks are managed
• To act as a key point of contact with the client and site contacts, providing a timely response to queries
