* Inspecting Houses in Multiple Occupation in respect of HMO licensing and complaints.
* Experience of conducting inspections and enforcement in relation to fire safety in residential property
* A good working knowledge of HMO licensing and selective licensing
* Experience of assessing hazards under the HHSRS
* Experience of drafting notices and schedules of work/condition under a wide range of housing and environmental health legislation.
* Have experience of assessing hazards under HHSRS.
