Person Specification:
You must be a dynamic Primary Teacher who has experience working with both SEN and EAL pupils who have been recognised as a 'Good' or better teacher in recent observations. It is essential for you to possess the ability to deliver fun yet effective lessons and a natural charisma that maintains your pupils' concentration. The ideal Primary Teacher should be able to capture the imagination of every student through well-thought-out content, delivered in a confident and engaging manner. You will possess an organised and confident nature and a positive attitude that reflects well on others.

In this Primary Teacher position, you will be taking charge of a class in Key Stage 1 or 2. Where you are placed will be based on your personal experiences and preferences. The Head recognises that CPD is important to his staff and has invested in a strong programme for all teachers regardless of what stage they are at in their career.
