Are you eager to work as a Premises Caretaker at a leading secondary school ?

We are seeking a diligent and renowned Premises Caretaker to work with one of our biggest clients in London to work as a Site Caretaker. The successful applicant must have previous experience in facilities and site management with excellent communication skills and a firm commitment to our school in every regard.

Caretaker Responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring a safe working environment
• Day-to-day maintenance, security and preparation of facilities
• Understanding of and the implementation of Health and Safety and Security protocols
• Flexibility and high standards of workmanship
• Proven range of maintenance and facility management skills

Requirements:

• Strong practical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience as a caretaker in a school setting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
