Qualified Social Worker - Tameside Council, Greater Manchester - ISCAN - Up to £43ph!

Tameside Children's Social Care have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager in our ISCAN (children with additional needs) team, ideal for qualified and experienced social workers who are looking to take the next step in their career.

For this role you will have substantive previous experience of working with children and their families in a statutory social care environment. You will need to have good knowledge of legislation and professional practice and will have the opportunity to work with children and families alongside management responsibilities, such as, chairing meetings and supervising a team of social workers.

As a Practice Manager, you will be supported by a dedicated and experienced management team, provided with regular supervision, and with access to excellent training and development opportunities.

Tameside children social care has adopted a strengths based Signs of Safety model of practice, and you will have a team of social workers with manageable caseload to facilitate reflective practice.
