We are currently seeking dedicated and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistants with experience of Autism and PMLD.

This role is to start ASAP in an SEN School.

The School caters for students of all ages, whos Special Educational Needs range from moderate to severe.

We are a SEN school that cater for children with a range of complex needs. The ideal LSA / Learning Support Assistant will have a caring nature and will be passionate about providing outstanding care and support to children of mixed abilities.

The school is looking for someone who is enthusiastic and flexible to join their dedicated team. All applicants must have a minimum of 6 months experience working with children or adults with special educational needs / disabilities. The roles available are long term too permanent.

The roles will include: Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation 1-1 work with students who require additional support

Leading group work

Helping the class teacher with pupil observations

Emotional Support

Managing behaviour that challenges.

Personal Care

Manual Handling
