If you answered yes to the above, this Complex Needs Teaching Assistant role is for you!

Complex Needs Teaching Assistant

For this Complex Needs Teaching Assistant role you will be required to support a small class of 10 students in KS3 with Complex Needs, with their day to day activities within the classroom and playground. Due to the students' disabilities, there will be times when you will be required to assist with their therapy sessions, personal care and administer medication when needed. The ideal Complex Needs Teaching Assistant will need to have had previous experience working with children or adults with complex needs, this does not necessarily need to be within a classroom setting.

SEN School

Found in the borough of Greenwich, this SEN School caters for students between the ages of 11 - 19 years with Special Educational Needs, including students with MLD, SLD, Asperger's and ASD. They currently have over 120 students on role and in their last Ofsted, were reviewed as 'outstanding' in all areas.
