Role: Pathway Mentor
Start: September 2025
Contract: Full Time
Hours: 08:30- 16:00
Location: NW1, Camden
Rate: £105 - £110 Per day
Setting: Secondary
Remedy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pathway Mentor to support SEND pupils who are progressing to Higher Education.
The ideal candidate for the Pathway Mentor role would be Psychology graduates or those with relevant support work on teaching assistant experience wanting to pursue a career in Education, Therapy, Psychological Research, Mental Health, Speech, and Language and many more! You'll be working alongside a dedicated inclusion team, teachers and SLT as well as having the opportunity to engage with specialists regularly.
The ideal Pathway Mentor:
- Provide support to pupils with SEND and/or Social Inclusion needs.
- To work alongside a supportive, friendly, and determined inclusion staff.
- To facilitate the differentiation of tasks for students.
- To work with small groups or individual students on specific tasks.
The Pathway Mentor Standard Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN.
- Experience working with challenging behaviour
- GCSE's (Including Maths or English)
- An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) professional reference checks.
