Our client is looking to recruit an Occupational Therapist x2 (full-time) on a locum contract to start ASAP (until end of March 2018) and support a newly formed Discharge 2 Assess team based in Acute hospital at Bromley.
Candidate will be undertaking initial assessments in the Community (Patients home / Care Homes) and must have competency in moving & handling, equipment prescription, adaptations. You will be supported by MDT of health care professional (Senior Occupational Therapist, Senior Care Manager & Care Manager Assistants) within the D2A team.
PAY RATE £30/PERHOUR
