Occupancy Officer- West London.

Job Purpose:

To work across the neighbourhood housing team, housing options, internal council departments, partner agencies such as private registered providers (PRPs) to identify, assess and assist overcrowded and under occupying households within the borough, to facilitate the transfer of households into suitable accommodation, preventing those affected by welfare benefit reform from falling into arrears or financial hardship and to reduce overcrowding.
