Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner:

Provide high-quality care, safety, and well-being for all children
Act as a key person for individual children, tracking their progress and development
Plan and lead creative and engaging activities tailored to children's needs
Foster strong relationships with parents, ensuring clear communication and support
Encourage independence and confidence through structured play and learning
Support mealtimes, personal care, and hygiene routines
Ensure a safe environment, conducting risk assessments and following safeguarding protocols

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 Childcare Qualification (UK-recognized or verified)
At least one year of recent experience working in a nursery or daycare setting
A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Someone creative, energetic, and passionate about early years education
A team player with strong communication skills
