Our client Newham Council is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their SEND/Disabled Children & Young People's Service team.

Providing information and advocacy when required to ensure that young people are able to express their views and are supported to take part in decision-making. Providing a range of short breaks which will provide enjoyable activities for our young people and give carers a break from their caring responsibilities.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
