Our client Newham Council is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Childrens Intervention Team.

You will need to identify and provide effective early support to children and young people who are at risk of poor outcomes. Effective early intervention works to prevent problems occurring, or to tackle them head-on when they do, before problems get worse.

You will need to be:

• HCPC registered
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Atleast 1 year post qualifying experience
