Position: Male Learning Support Assistant

Location: Greenwich, London

School Levels: Primary and Secondary

Rate: £110 per day

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Male Learning Support Assistant to join a dedicated team in lewisham. You will work closely with students across either primary or secondary levels, providing essential support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support, focusing on students' specific SEMH requirements.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to monitor and support student progress.
  • Encourage and motivate students to engage actively in their learning and personal development.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEMH needs.

Desirable:

  • Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field.
