My client is the SENCO at a large mainstream Secondary School in Greenwich. She is searching for a bright and empathetic Graduate to fill a full time & long-term LSA position.

You will join a friendly & welcoming inclusion team who are committed to ensuring that all pupils feel safe and are able to make significant academic progress throughout the year.

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to provide small group and 1:1 support to students with additional learning needs & special educational needs. Due to the complexities of a few pupils' needs, you must already have previous experience working with individuals with SEN and be confident in your behaviour management techniques.

·Full time Learning Support Assistant

·Long term position for the full academic year

·Supporting students across KS3, KS4 & KS5 with SEN

·Small group & 1:1 support

·£70 - £85 per day

Person Specification

·1st Class/ 2:1 Graduate with a passion for inclusivity

·Previous SEN support experience is essential

·A confident Graduate who is able to work independently & as part of a team

·Effective behaviour management is essential
