Remedy is proud to be working with a nurturing and forward-thinking school based in Enfield, North London. This school is actively seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis starting ASAP.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in criminology, psychology, sociology, healthcare, or anyone looking to transition into education. If you're passionate about working with children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Details:
- Position: Learning Support Assistant
- Setting: Primary/Secondary - SEN
- Location: Enfield, North London
- Contract: Temp-to-perm
- Salary: £95 - £110 per day
- Start Date: ASAP
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)

Responsibilities:
- Support children with mild to moderate SEN, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, and social interaction challenges.
- Work 1:1 and with small groups to ensure progress in learning and personal development.
- Maintain a calm, supportive, and interactive approach to motivate students throughout the day.
- Encourage small achievements, promoting confidence and motivation in every child.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of SEN and previous experience in a similar role.
- A calm, patient, and resilient demeanour.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for working with children with SEN, with a focus on helping them thrive in a school setting.
