Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Primary / SEN
Location: London
Pay: £95 - £115 per day
Start: After Easter Half Term
Contract: Full-time, term time only

Remedy Education are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming school in London after the Easter half term.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and play a key role in helping them access education and reach their full potential.

The Role

As an LSA, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs

• Support children with SEN such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties

• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

• Help create a safe, structured and engaging learning environment

• Support pupils with their academic, social and emotional development

• Use strategies and resources to promote independence and confidence

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children or young people (school, care or youth settings)

• Is patient, caring and resilient

• Has strong communication and behaviour management skills

• Is proactive and able to use initiative in the classroom

• Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

Experience working within SEN schools or mainstream settings with SEN pupils is highly desirable.
