** SEN LSA - South East London - £70 to £90 per day depending on experience

This large specialist school continues to grow and impress year on year. Focusing on children with a range of SEN requirements in addition to Autism pupils are secondary ages and grouped via ability and age brackets. Class sizes are generally 7-10 all with specially trained SEN teachers and a minimum of one TA. Duties will include supporting students on a one-to-one basis and within small groups. The students in the class have complex needs and can be challenging but highly rewarding to work with. Reacting well to calm and dedicated Learning Support Assistants these pupils enjoy a positive and upbeat working relationship with staff who can help them succeed.

• A passion for SEN learners is the first requirement for this school every time!
• Ideally having worked in a SEN School would be an advantage although the school provides full training and development regardless of what stage your career is.
• Commitment to work with the school for at least this academic year as consistency is key for these pupils.
