An enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant is required for an immediate start at a primary school in South East London. The successful LSA will be working with SEN children in KS1. This will involve a combination of in class support and 1:1 and small group work. The children have a variety of Special Educational Needs in including autism, global delay and speech and language difficulties.

The primary school is located in Lewisham, South East London and provides an excellent level of education for the children. The provision for SEN children is especially good. As a Learning Support Assistant at the school, you will benefit from a vibrant inner-London teaching environment and fantastic transport links straight to the door of the school!

The ideal LSA will have previous experience working with Early Years or KS1 SEN children within a nursery or primary school setting. You should be an enthusiastic and pro-active individual who enjoys working as part of a team. Additional qualifications or training in SEN is a bonus, such as Makaton, PECs or Elklan.
