Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Lead Practitioner Occupational Therapist to work within an Adult Community Team for Barnet Council.

Job Purpose

• Support the Team Manager to provide clear and responsive practice leadership and supervision, and promote the highest professional standards in social care/ occupational therapy practice.
• Promote a culture of continuous development and professional development of staff and students across Adults and Communities to enhance the quality of practice and staff well being.
• To support people to maintain their health, well being and independence by providing access to good quality information and advice and signposting to local preventative services, with a focus on building their resilience and strengths to stay well and achieve the outcomes that are important to them.
• To undertake assessments and care and support planning in line with Care Act duties, and to safeguard adults and carers at risk of harm and promote Making Safeguarding Personal principles and their well being.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
