Our client is looking for a Senior Social Worker to join their Referral and Assessment team.

The Referral and Assessment service is to help children in need living with their families in the community to achieve good outcomes in their health, education and family relationships and to ensure they are appropriately safeguarded, by assessing need and planning and coordinating the care arrangements necessary to meet their needs as identified.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
