To be successful in this post you should be an enthusiastic graduate who has already held a paid or volunteer role where you supported SEN children and earned a second-class degree or better. At this welcoming school, as a KS2 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will be working primarily on an individual basis with a Year 4 student who has EBD requirements.
