Our Secondary School based in East London are looking to recruit an experienced HR manager. It is located in the heart of East London and is Ofsted rated as a 'Good School'.

Your new role

This HR manager role you will be the go to point for all HR related enquiries. You will be responsible for all members of staff, all with individual needs and requirements. The role will be extremely varied, ensuring that no two days are the same. You will liaise with outside agencies regarding staffing needs. you will be working alongside the business manager to ensure everything at the school runs smoothly. SIMs experience would be desirable as well.

What you'll need to succeed:

You will have a proven track record in dealing with HR related matters and have experience working within a school.

The role will start of temporary and could go permanent if you like the school and they fill you are the right fit.
