Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking a HR Management Consultant to work within Tower Hamlets Council.

Job Purpose

• Writing of job descriptions
• Identifying and including gaps as per the outcome of the service review
• Carry out job matching of existing and proposed JD's for assimilation purposes
• Work with our Project Officer to ensure restructure is delivered within timescale
• Prepare consultation documentation for staff consultation
• Compile presentation slides for launch of staff consultation and update meetings during this process
• Assist with answering all staff queries during consultation
• Compiling list of FAQ's for circulation - Have experience of working with Union officials
• Identify training for staff /team required to embed new ways of working
