Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced HR Consultant to work within Waltham Forest Council.
To lead, develop and manage either:
A complex programme of strategic change management, TUPE projects and other high level human resources projects (including delivering and implementing a Council wide reward strategy) that delivers required outcomes i.e. savings, business change and service improvements and ensuring that the Council meets its obligations in terms of consultation with staff, the trade unions, and other affected stakeholders.
the Council's Learning and Development function ensuring that an effective learning and development offer is in place for Council staff.
To manage the Council's agency reduction efforts and to make full use of the apprenticeship levy.
The Council's HR Policy Team ensuring that policies and procedures meet statutory and organisational needs. The council's neutral vendor agency ensuring the council receives quality candidates at the best value. The Council's benefits scheme to ensure non pay reward is accessible to all staff to assist retention within the organisation
To deputise for the Head of Human Resources, and represent the Council's Human Resources Team at external events/meetings.
You will need to be:
