HR Admin, Recruitment, Support of HR team, SIMs

Your new company
A small SEN College are looking for an experienced part time HR assistant. The SEN College within which you will be based in received GOOD in the last Ofsted visit.


This role is currently being advertised as a temporary position, but there is a permanent opportunity available.

Your new role
This role is NOT term time and will require work throughout the holidays but on reduced hours.
Your new HR admin role will ideally be 3 days a week.
The college is based in Lambeth, 3 days per week, 8.30 until 4.30pm.

Your new duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Supporting the HR team which consists of 2 HR Advisors and an HR Manager.
Inputting data onto SIMs
Uploading web adverts to job boards, aggregates and the schools website
Creating packs for shortlisting
Speaking to hiring managers
Writing letters to applicants and internal stakeholders
Absence logging

What you'll need to succeed
You will be IT literate with the ability to work across several systems.
It is highly desirable to have experience working on SIMs and recruitment experience within the education sector.
An enhanced DBS will be required, however this can be put into process.
You will need to be able to start ASAP, with the role ongoing up until the end of the academic year with potential of becoming permanent.
