I am currently recruiting HLTA's to work in Primary Schools within Lambeth. These schools are in need of day to day supply and potentially long term positions. These schools are focused on providing a well structured learning environment for the students, providing that all of these standards are maintained even when dealing with staff absences. As a result, they are working with Remedy to recruit HLTA's.

Your new role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will work closely with the teacher. Your main duties will include contributing to the planning and preparation of lessons, monitoring pupils participation and progress, providing feedback to teachers, giving constructive support to pupils as they learn, working with individuals, small groups and whole classes when the assigned teacher is not present.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need to have HLTA status with a Teaching Assistant Qualification. You will also need recent and relevant experience and strong classroom management skills.
