We are working with a vibrant and high achieving College in South London. school The College offers a range of affordable employment-focused higher education courses that blend academic and vocational learning. As a Health and Social Care Lecturer you will be a member of the Faculty of HE Health and Education, which offers opportunities for students to develop their professional knowledge, skills and understanding in their chosen of area of study. You will be required to deliver modules on the Foundation Degree Health and Social Care and the Foundation Degree Social Care Studies with the possibility of expanding into social work and other health related programmes.

Responsibilities

• To teach effectively on a range of College courses and programmes.
• To contribute to the personal development of the students.
• To develop course materials, schemes of work, lesson plans etc. and make these available through the colleges shared information system.
• To contribute to the organisational requirements of the College including recruitment and industry links.

Health & Social Care Lecturer | South East London | Full Time

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Health & Social Lecturer or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work safely at all times, in accordance with the College and departmental/ team risk assessment procedures.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
