Remedy Education are supporting an SEN provision who provide employment and supported living for young people aged 19-25 years. The college are seeking to appoint a Head of College on a permanent basis from September 2021.

As the Head of College, you will be focused on overseeing the personalised study programmes with a range of needs from PMLD, ASC to complex needs, that enable the learners to develop the living skills they need to participate as citizens within the community and within the workplace, these are matched with individual EHCP's.

The Head of College will be a senior member of the leadership team across both the school and college provisions, reporting to the Executive Headteacher and Trustees.

You will provide professional leadership and management of the College, be accountable to the trustees and secure high standards of work in all its areas. As this a relatively new provision, the Head of College will be managing the day-to-day operations of the provision, with a hands-on approach. You will have an excellent understanding of outstanding teaching and learning for students with special educational needs and disabilities, aswell as acting as the outward face, working effectively with all stakeholders.
