An 'Outstanding' Primary School in the Borough of Lambeth are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant for an ASAP start. The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious graduate, that aspires to become a Primary Teacher in the future. The appointed Teaching Assistant must have a good understand of the Primary Curriculum, while also a basic understanding of SEN.

The appointed Teaching Assistant will also have the opportunity to enrol into the Primary Schools bespoke and proven successful 'Schools Direct' scheme. You will receive a tremendous amount of support from both SLT & Class Teachers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Teaching Assistant
• Working across Year 1-6 (5-11 years old)
• Supporting a range of mild SEN children: Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia
• Schools Direct opportunity
• Long -Term Position - ASAP Start - Full Time
• £70 - £90 per day - Will increase after 12 working weeks
• Located in the London Borough of Lambeth

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Must have a 1st Class or 2:1 Degree from a reputable University
• Strong understanding of the Primary curriculum is required
• Must be willing to go that extra mile for all the pupils
• You must be a team player and be looking to develop
