The Role - Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are currently looking for an outstanding Graduate Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis to help and assist and build up to this upcoming academic years GCSE and A Level results. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be required to share your in depth subject knowledge with students, whilst also supporting small groups, as well as providing 1:1 support. Graduate Teaching Assistants in this school play a huge part in the attainment and achievement of all pupils, which makes a Graduate Teaching Assistant such an important role. The school strongly believes that the greatest strength to success is training and support which is why they are a teacher training school. To be a successful Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will need to be a clear communicator, boast high levels of enthusiasm with the want to push and develop students in their progression.
