The Headteacher of an 'Outstanding' Southwark primary is seeking a Reception Teaching Assistant who has comprehensive understanding of autism and how to support pupils in the Early Years.

They need a Reception Teaching Assistant who will work with a positive approach to challenging circumstances and has a commitment to the development of SEN pupils.

As a Reception Teaching Assistant, you will support a pupil in Reception on a 1:1 basis, both within the classroom and within the school's well-resourced SEN base. Working under an experienced and skilled SENCO, the Reception Teaching Assistant will use their creativity to implement various strategies and interventions into the pupils routine in accordance with their EHCP.
