Our client, Gloucestershire Council is looking for a Team Manager to join their Safeguarding team on a part time basis.

e are looking for an experienced Team Manager with safeguarding experience to lead, manage and be accountable for a team of social workers in the delivery of statutory duties and improvement of services to children, young people and families. You will have knowledge of court work, CP, CIN and CIC and be experienced in supervising and quality assuring a team of dedicated social workers. Equipment will be provided to support home working. We are currently looking at the roadmap for staff coming in to the office so there will be opportunities to work form home but also in the office.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
