About the EYFS Teaching Assistant Role
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant you will be working within the schools Early Years provision supporting children at the start of their academic career.
This role requires a highly empathetic and supportive EYFS Teaching Assistant that can guide students through their first year at school.
Class sizes sit at around 28 meaning you will be supporting the class teacher with behaviour management and classroom support.
Schools are looking for individuals with experience working with young children as well as strong academics including a degree of 2:1 or above as well as high A-Levels and GCSE's 'C' grade or above. As a EYFS Teaching Assistant you should be confident and personable, showing a real strength in taking initiative and building relationships.
