EYFS Teaching Assistant - Lambeth, South East London - September 2019

A fantastic & supportive Primary School in the Borough of Lambeth are on the hunt for an EYFS Teaching Assistant for a September 2019 start. This is a full time and long-term post.

You will be working across both the Nursery & Reception Phase in and out of the classroom. You will also be promoting learning through play & child led learning, but also utilising/creating Phonics, Reading, Writing and Maths sessions.

The Head Teacher is eager to find a graduate with a genuine passion towards EYFS. The perfect graduate would be hardworking, ambitious, creative and a real team player. Ideally the Headteacher would like to appoint an EYFS Teaching Assistant with experience working with EYFS aged children, whether that's in a Private Nursery, School or other setting.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• EYFS Teaching Assistant
• EYFS (Nursery & Reception) Focus - Phonics, Reading, Maths and Writing
• Supporting children on a 1:1 & group basis in and outside of the classroom
• Working alongside a range of 'Outstanding' Primary Teachers
• September 2019 start - Long Term & Full Time
• £70 - £80 per day
• Located in the Borough of Lambeth

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Graduate with a passion for working with children
• Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Must be able to get down to the kid's level and get stuck in
• Not afraid of getting messy!
• Caring and playful personality will be required
