Job description
Our Client Nottingham City Council, is looking for an Experienced Social Worker to join their Adults Transformation Team.
The Adult Social Care Transformation Team, is a dynamic team of Social Workers and Community Care Officers working across both generic and specialist areas.
Our focus is on delivering strengths-based, person-centred reviews that support citizens and carers from all walks of life.
Our goal is to promote independence and help people achieve their outcomes by identifying the right support and commissioning services where needed. We follow a Best Value approach and carry out a wide range of work including reviews, reassessments, safeguarding, and Mental Capacity Act duties.

Requirements of this Social Worker job:
- A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
- Understanding of relevant legislation.
- Continual professional development.
- Social Work England registered.
