English Teacher Specification

English Teacher: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile English Teacher who has a passion for English and education and someone who has the ability to pass this on to their students. You must be able to teach English to key stages 3 and 4. The ability to offer a second subject would be an advantage. This is a Full-time teaching role. This is an English school teaching position starting ASAP.

Responsibilities will include:

• Teaching English to key stage 3 and 4
• Planning lessons and writing schemes of work
• Marking responsibilities
• Working as part of the English department, being able to offer a second subject would be an advantage
• Taking part in parent's evenings, staff meetings and training and extra-curricular activities if required
