Qualified English, Maths and Science Teacher vacancies- Pupil Referral Unit - Newham, East London

Remedy are seeking qualified (QTS) teachers to join a busy Newham Pupil Referral unit.

We are looking for teachers of English, Maths and science, with previous experience teaching KS3 and KS4 students with challenging behaviour.

Students in this school have challenging behaviour, and the ideal candidates should have restraint training and be able to deal with challenging students. The school has around 70 students offering small classes to help manage disruptive behaviour.

This is a full time/long term position - with the potential to go permanent. The job is based in Newham with easy transport links and starts ASAP.

The successful applicant must have:

• A clear and current DBS ideally on the update service
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience in teaching either Maths, English or Science
• Experience working with children with SEBDs and challenging behaviour
