Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to work in Wokingham Borough Council.

Job Purpose

The role of Consultant/locum EP is to contribute to the work of the Educational Psychology Service in the provision of psychological services and advice to children, young people and their families. To support the Local Authority in its duties in accordance with current legislation in relation to children/young people with SEND. The post will require the establishment of partnership relationships with setting staff, parents/carers, Health Service colleagues and other stakeholders, in order to provide safe, consistent high quality advice while ensuring the child/young person's views and aspirations are at the centre of the process. Education Health and Care needs assessments will be carried out face to face however other responsibilities of this position will be carried out remotely.

HCPC registered
