Remedy Education are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Education desk on a full time basis. You will be working on a team with 5 other consultants with 2 resourcers.

We are looking to hear from experienced recruiters with a solid track record of success.

The Person:

• Experienced Education Consultant is desirable or sales
• Confident with Business Development/Sales
• A desire and ambition to be an expert in your field
• A team player
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Positivity and determination

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Become an expert in the sector / Education & Special Educational Needs support
• Build a personal brand and reputation with clients
• New business development - turn prospects into clients
• Managing advertisement of vacancies
• Developing long term relationships and partnerships with clients by building an understanding of their structure, culture, hiring needs and preferences

You will join a small office based in Loughton, the working hours at 7.00am till 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
