EARLY YEARS SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT - WANDSWORTH - SOUTH WEST LONDON

Have you recently graduated with a 1st or 2:1 in a psychology related subject or do you have experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant and you hold aspirations to pursue a career in education? Then this teaching assistant role could be perfect for you!

Remedy are looking for a Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant who can work with young students with Autism, our school based in Wandsworth are looking for the ideal candidate to start immediately.

In this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you must be willing and passionate and have a positive approach to problems. SEN experience is highly valued, whether that be voluntary or paid. The school wants Teaching Assistants who can quickly establish strong relationships and bring an abundant supply of enthusiasm.

To be successful in this teaching assistant role you must be supportive, caring and have the ability to build a good relationships with the student(s) you would be working with. We are seeking Teaching Assistants with the ambition to become Educational Psychologists, Child Psychologists or teachers keen to build relevant experience in a paid teaching assistant role providing support for children who have autism and communication difficulties.

Key points of the role:

  • Full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3.30/4.00pm
  • £80-85 a day
  • Based in a school in Wandsworth
  • For this role you must be able to deal with personal care
  • Immediate start
  • Long term to permanent position
