Early Years (EYFS) Teaching Assistant | Mainstream Primary School | Warm & Creative | East London

A mainstream Primary School (Early Years) requires a Teaching Assistant for an ASAP start. You will be supporting the Nursery Nurses and working alongside the children, helping them with basic tasks, while also ensuring they are having fun. This role will also involve working with very mild SEN, this can range from: ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism (ASD) and Speech & Language. The children are in their initial stages of development, so will very rarely have an official statement done till Reception/Year 1.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Early Years (EYFS) Teaching Assistant

· Supporting EYFS children using playful learning

· Working with the Nursery Nurse and ensuring you are helping them throughout

· You will be working with SEN children: ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism and Speech & Language

· ASAP Start - Full Time - Term Time Only

· £70 - £85 per day - Will increase after 12 working weeks

· Located in the Borough of East London

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

· Degree from a reputable University

· You must understand the Early Years curriculum

· Must be willing to include playful learning and inspire young minds

· You must show a passion towards education and look to make a difference

· Commitment is key throughout this role
